Stampin' Up! Nailed It Card | Video Tutorial By Andrea Walford

Hey there sweet friends!  Today I have another masculine card to share with you, this time it’s a Father’s Day card I created for my Father-in-law using Stampin’ Up!’s Nailed It stamp set and coordinating Build It Framelits Dies (the most recent masculine card I did was a birthday card for my son’s upcoming 17th birthday, which you can see here).

From the moment I saw the Nailed It stamp set in the 2016 Occasions Mini Catalogue, I absolutely KNEW that I HAD to have it!  It’s one of those timeless sets that you can use over and over again for masculine cards.  It also works great for Bible, faith and prayer journaling (and I’ll be sharing what I’ve been doing with that soon).

I can’t tell you how sad I am that it did not make it into the 2017-2018 Stampin’ Up! catalogue.  I was SO hoping that because it had a coordinating die it would make the cut, but alas….no.  Especially because there isn’t a huge selection of masculine stamp sets in the new catalogue – from what I remember from the preview, it’s pretty much the same as what’s in there now, which honestly, is not my style.

Nailed It – Father’s Day Card Video Tutorial

So, a quick note about today’s video tutorial.  Once again, this is a process video.  I think I’ve decided that for the time being, that is going to be the type of videos that I’ll be sharing.  Yes, they’re longer to watch, but at the same time, it’s REAL.  In other words – it’s as though you and I sat down together to create. You’ll hear me explain why I use the tools, techniques and products I do, you’ll see my bloopers and fixes, and of course I always share tips and tricks, and the why’s and how’s of it all.

Blogging For Creatives BETA Online Class

On another note, I wanted to share some info with you about a new online class that I’m launching called Blogging for Creatives.

It’s for artists, card makers, paper crafters, crafters in general….photographers, food bloggers….essentially anyone who has a creative passion that they want to share with the world, and who would like to be able to turn their creative passion into an online business.

The Blogging for Creatives class will teach you everything you need to know to get your blog up and running (both the practical AND the technical).

For all the details about what will and won’t be covered, who this course is (and isn’t) for, why it’s a BETA, and of course to sign up – click here:…/blogging-for-creatives-be…

A couple of details I just want to point out though:

  •  Class starts Monday, May 15th
  •  I also have a limited number of done-for-you spots available. So if you’ve been dreaming of having your own blog, but you don’t have the time to learn how to build it yourself, I will set up your blog for you.  The course is included in the price of the package so that you learn how to use your blog 🙂
  • Right now, because it’s a BETA, the class is the lowest price you will ever see it. Once it relaunches the price will double. BUT, if you join during the BETA, you will get all future upgrades and new content that gets added to the class.

So, be sure to check it out, if blogging has ever been on your to-do!
